This page explains how DramaCabin (https://dramacabin.com) handles copyright concerns. If you have a copyright claim, please read this before contacting us.

Does DramaCabin host videos?

No. We are an aggregation and embedding platform. All videos are hosted on external platforms. We embed their players on our pages. To have a video file permanently removed from the internet, you need to contact the video host directly in addition to notifying us.

What happens if I report copyright infringement?

We review all valid notices and may remove or disable the embed link or page on our Site. We will notify the user who posted the content where applicable.

What information do I need to submit a DMCA takedown notice?

Send an email to support@dramacabin.com including all of the following:

  1. The copyrighted work you own (title, description, or registration number);
  2. The exact URL(s) on https://dramacabin.com where the infringing material appears;
  3. Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address;
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may not be processed. Submitting false claims can expose you to legal liability.

What if content I posted was removed by mistake?

You may file a counter-notice. Send support@dramacabin.com your contact details, the URL of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake, and your signature. If the counter-notice is valid, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

What about repeat infringers?

Users who receive multiple valid copyright notices may have their access to the Site restricted or permanently terminated.

What if I submit a false claim?

Misrepresenting infringement or a counter-claim is illegal under the DMCA and may result in liability for damages, including attorneys’ fees. Only submit a notice if you genuinely believe infringement is occurring.

Who should I contact at the video hosting platform?

Each video platform has its own DMCA process. Look for a “Copyright” or “Report” link on the platform’s website, or search for their designated DMCA agent. We cannot remove files from third-party servers.
